My New Year’s Resolution

It’s a new year and that means it’s time for a new resolution! I don’t know about you, but my last one didn’t go so well. Going a year without soda doesn’t sound hard, I know, but believe me it was! I made it through the first week before temptation got the better of me. This year I am determined to make a resolution and stick to it! As an employee at All My Sons Moving & Storage, I am always looking for ways to improve myself and my work. I think my resolution for the up and coming New Year will be to improve on my part as an employee of All My Sons. I am confident that I will have no trouble keeping that resolution because I already strive for improvement because I feel that an employee that stops trying to improve will stop progressing. There are always things that can be done to improve and I am up to the challenge. I will do my personal best and seek to motivate and inspire those around me. I feel that I am only as strong as my weakest teammate so I want to focus on helping everyone so we can grow as a company. Happy New Years everyone!!!
